We have come to the end of the year, and we are most excited to celebrate Christmas, a special day set aside to spend with family and close friends wherein we share and reflect upon the beautiful Bible story of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords; God's greatest gift to the world!
God's Angels were sent out to spread the Good News of our Savior's birth...
"Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Luke 2:11-12
Jesus's birth brought light and hope to a dark world and continues to do so today. His birth brought the gift of salvation - forgiveness of sins; healing for the sick; strength to the weak; deliverance and renewed hope to the downtrodden, God's never-ending presence to those who feel alone; and peace to the restless soul. Hallelujah!
In the spirit of Christmas, receive the Good News of Jesus's birth, the savior and light of the world! Despite the pain and sorrows of life, we have more reason to be glad and rejoice because our Redeemer lives!
