Emerging Women was founded by Carolyn Williams whose desire is to help women discover and fulfill their life's purpose. Carolyn's ministry to women was birthed out of the personal challenges she faced as she endeavored to pursue God’s purpose for her life. Like many women today, Carolyn experienced opposition, ridicule and rejection, which God used to develop the call of God on her life. 

Carolyn possesses an undying passion and determination to teach, train and mentor women to discover who they are in God. Despite the many challenges women face, she relentlessly encourages women to pursue their purpose! She has been anointed by God to identify a person's life calling and helps them to develop a strategy that will enable them to fulfill God's mandate on their lives.
