Father, I am a lost sinner in need of a Savior, forgive me of my sins. Jesus Christ, I believe that you are the Son of God and I believe that you died on the cross for my sins. I ask that you come into my heart and make me a Born-Again Believer. I confess you now as my Lord and Savior. Amen.   

According to Romans 10:9, since you have openly confessed Jesus as Lord and have believed in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you are now saved!

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)  

Father God, I rededicate my life to you, I give you, my heart! I am your child, have mercy on me. I repent for turning away from you, you have always loved me, you never turned your back on me. Restore to me the joy of serving you through a renewed personal relationship with your Son, Jesus Christ. In Jesus' Christ Name. Amen 

Galatians 6:1 - Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.

Romans 12:1-2 - I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
